3. CMS Compliance Statement

We adhere to all CMS marketing guidelines and federal regulations governing the communication and presentation of Medicare plan information.

  • We will never request Medicare or Social Security numbers through unsecured forms.
  • We will only discuss specific plan details after verifying your permission to do so.
  • We do not offer every plan available in your area. Any information we provide is limited to those plans we do offer in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov or 1-800-MEDICARE to get information on all of your options.
